invest early and open doors for Under-REpRESENTSED FOUNDERS AND COMMUNITIES

We are three angel investors and moms who facilitate the funding under-represented founders.  Our syndicate of predominately BIPOC women look for founders solving real world problems that will make the world a better place for our children. The solution we look for address social injustice, women’s rights, and financial inclusion. We want to raise the bar in the search for capital.

Pitching to us is simple. Why? We want to help create an even playing field, and that means you don’t need an elaborate pitch deck or warm introduction from investors. We reply to everyone and will do our best to help you on your journey - even if we don’t invest.

INVEST WITH US

Created for both new and experienced investors, membership to the BLX Syndicate lets you make direct investments into companies founded underrepresented founders. We do the heavy lifting: We source brilliant founders from our massive network, our team completes the due diligence and then presents to the syndicate for potential investment through a professionally managed SPV.

How We Think

Close the Gap

COVID sent the wealth of families of color into a downward spiral. If we closed this gap, the US GDP will increase 4-6 percent higher by 2028, and add $1.5 trillion to the US economy.

Solve the Crisis

2020 brought fires and alarmingly massive storms. Climate change affects everyone but will affect people of color disproportionately. Any solution to stop climate change is an equitable solution.

Help The Next Gen

We are women who want to fund solutions that help obliterate the wealth gap and climate change by 2038 to improve the world for all families - by the time our daughters reach adulthood.
